- All prices are listed in Singapore dollars. You can check the approximate conversion to your own currency by clicking on the Currency Converter.
- All prices are inclusive of delivery in mainland Singapore. For orders to the Islands like Sentosa, there will be a surcharge. You can place your orders first and we will come back to you on the surcharge - don't worry, we will not process your order unless you agree to the surcharge.
- All prices are inclusive of delivery Monday to Saturdays 9am to 8pm (excluding public holidays)
- For Sundays and public holidays there is a surcharge of S$8.00.
- For delivery before 9am and after 8pm there is a surcharge of S$10.00 for any day.
- Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, for delivery 9 February to 15 February, only arrangements found in our Valentine's day section is available.
- For delivery before 12noon, please place your order by 6pm the day before. For delivery after 12 noon, you need to submit your order at least 3 hours before delivery time. If need be you can still request for a urgent delivery and we will try our best to deliver it as soon as possible for you, however, due to traffic conditions, location etc, we will not be liable for any delay.
- Items used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used.
- Filling out of the order does not mean an order has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent by us. It is of the utmost importance that you key in a correct email address.
- Please provide all details asked for in our order form so as to avoid unnecessary delay.
- All repeat customers will be given a 10% discount automatically, if we overlook that, please remind us. We can still give a 10% refund even after we have process your payment.
- Items in our special offer section are not applicable for further discount.
- Please note for wrong address given, recipient have shifted etc, you will still be charged for the order. We can also reroute it for you within 48 hours with a surcharge of S$12.00.
